My vehicle was quite dirty inside and out. Noticed online they said there would be additional charges for pet hair etc. which I was completely fine with and understood. But when I picked my car up, the result was disappointing and I wish they would have taken that additional time and charged me. Tried contacting them but haven’t heard back.

I took one of ours cars for interior detailing, including seat shampooing, and it looked awesome, like the day of our wedding. So then I brought our other car for the same treatment and got similar great results. Carlos was awesome, and the money and result was worth it. I should probably not wait another year before doing this again.

Made an appointment to get the seats and carpets clean in a truck. Dropped it off, and had a conversation with the employee. The employee assured me it’d be done that day. As the day ended I did not hear from them so I called. The owner informed me the employee had misunderstood our conversation and thought I was coming back next week. When the employee said it’d be done that day. I let it go, the owner said come a few hours later to pick it up and it’d be done. I arrived at the time like planned, and nothing was done. The car was in terrible condition in terms of overall cleanliness and had not been cleaned in multiple years in terms of deep-cleaning. They were able to take me in on short notice and did an excellent job overall with the interior and exterior detailing/cleaning. I have already recommended CCC to one friend since the cost is also very reasonable. Highly recommended overall!!

Capitol Car & Motorcycle Cleaner has an additional place on the Eastside on Lien Road. I am a fussy Grandma and never had professional detail work done to a car before. Wow! just had our car interior cleaned today. amazing. we have been driving our car for over five years and have had typical spills along with years of debris adding up.
