I'm a new patient with Dr Bird and recently came in with tooth pain. Melissa (the Dental Assistant) took my medical history and made sure I was comfortable until Dr Bird could walk me through my x-rays and recommended procedure(s). Then, Chere' (the Front Desk Manager) helped me understand the billing. I appreciate the time each person took with me to make sure I was doing well and understood what was needed! Plus, the videos available on the website about different procedures are helpful. (I found them prior to my visit.) And, if you need to wait in a treatment room, they have the best lake view

I was very impressed while at the clinic today. A particular song began to play on the speaker music. I overheard Dr. Bird asking a staff nember to change the song. He had youngster in and felt it inappropriate. So caring and thoughtful of others. The whole staff is this way. I'm pleased to have been his patient for over 5 years. Great job !!
