Small businesses are an essential part of any community and Old Mill Furniture & Flooring has been serving the Eaton Rapids community for over fifty years. In 1968, Harold Hall bought Devereaux Furniture and changed the name to Old Mill Furniture. As time went on, this store developed into a notable pillar of the community, known for its fine furniture and high level of customer service.
Harold's wife Emily came onboard the business in the 1970s, and at various times, all of the couple's children have worked in the store. Old Mill continues to be a family business, with Harold's youngest son Greg currently in charge of a majority of the business responsibilities.

Purchased a Catnapper Chair. It was not setting level and something happened so that the chair mechanism was not closing evenly. A repair person came and looked at it soon after the purchase and said that it was fine. We are older folks and did not move it until several months later only to discover it had scrapped and gouged the laminate flooring in our living room. Two requests followed with no results to come and fix it. One time in person the second a phone call. Sales personnel are nice, but customer service on repair is non-existent. I find it hard to even give one star.
