I haven’t had a problem good price, but when you need them they won’t answer. Right now they just cut off the phone?! What about someone like me who it’s not an emergency but our landlord won’t renew our lease until we change the name on the insurance and Jetty won’t respond to us! We have 5 days and then we can’t renew our lease and we have to prepare to move out! So I’m about to find another company bc they are refusing to answer me!

If you are thinking about buying insurance with this company, don't. Just. Don't.
Whatever money you think you will save will be far outweighed but the substandard coverage and non-existent customer support. Yes, I know their website is slick, and they make the buying part super easy. But trust me when I tell you that dealing with this company is a nightmare. They simply do not reply to phone calls or emails.
Try calling them right now. No human will answer. Instead, they will tell you to email them. But when you email them, no one replies. So what would happen if you actually had to file a claim

DON’T BUY THEIR INSURANCE, IT’S A SCAM!! It’s impossible to reach out to them! I need to change my address but they haven’t responded to my emails for over a week now. I have followed up three times already, no luck. Do yourself a good and stay away from Jetty.

Almost a month since I have filed a claim they haven't even started looking into it. They don't even handle the claim a third party that never responds to emails and phone calls does. Worst ever dropped them immediately,back with liberty mutual only a 5 dollar a month difference, but night and day different in coverage and service!

I have been using Jerry for about a year now after moving from PA to SC. I have to say that they are by far one of the best insurance companies I have ever worked with (and I have worked with a lot of them). Extremely well priced, insanely quick at responding to queries and amendments and fantastically responsive. Admittedly I have not had to make a claim yet (which is a good thing) but so far I am very impressed and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for renters/ home insurance

It was very easy and convenient to get a renter's insurance policy. I had a question and emailed them. I received a thorough and courteous reply the next morning. So, fast response time.
The appropriate documents were immediately available. I needed to show proof of insurance to my new landlord. So I printed the applicable pages.
I liked how I could change coverage amounts and see the effect on my monthly payment. That was cool.

So far my experience with Jetty has been amazing! Getting a quote and signing was a lot easier than a lot of the other insurance companies around the area. There website is so easy to use and guides you through everything you may need to know. And if you have a question not found on the FAQs, fill out the help form and you'll receive a response in hours! So quick, and so easy! I love Jetty!
