I had a AC unit issue and did not know where to look for a good reputable company. So I started to google and stumbled upon Parker’s Heating and Cooling in Cairo, Ga. This company exemplifies great customer service from the first phone call all the way down to the initial technician visit. Troy was professional and knowledgeable. Parker’s Heating and Cooling company was on time and showed real genuine interest in helping me instead of helping themselves to my pockets. Called on a Saturday when our AC went out. Jason came and evaluated it within just a few hours. He came back early on Monday with a used part to try and help us get cooler. Very professional and caring. Our son has Cystic Fibrosis and can't handle much heat. Jason from Parkers went over and above to help us out.
