Services
From historic building restoration to modern renovation, our team of masonry contractors has performed concrete restoration, waterproofing and structural repairs across Wisconsin since 1988. We have the technical skills and years of know-how to correctly diagnose your structure's problem and fix it right the first time.
When masonry damage extends beyond the mortar joints, the wall itself has to be repaired. We have over 25 years of experience in knowing when and how to properly perform stone, brick and other masonry repairs. If a modern building needs repair and replacement material is readily available, then damaged, cracked, or distressed masonry can be discarded.
Over time, the sealant around windows, doors and expansion joints degrades and requires replacement to prevent water leakage. This replacement process is called recaulking. As with all things in life and construction, there's a correct way to recaulk that's not the fastest or easiest. Ensure the old sealant does not contain controlled materials to protect your safety and the safety of our employees.
We're skilled in concrete restoration and repair of all kinds, including fixing concrete cracks and spalling that stems from rusting lintels, rusting rebar or other rusting metal elements within a building. Sometimes damage to concrete occurs due to accidental impacts, such as a forklift hitting a concrete curb.
We have years of experience performing structural repairs of all kinds, including parapet repair, structural beam repair and structural column repair. The most common structural repair we encounter is a lintel replacement. A lintel is the concrete or steel beam above a door or window. This repair typically involves installing temporary shoring while the lintel is removed and replaced.

Pete from Statz was great to work with! He helped to finally resolve a water intrusion problem that had been going on in our condo building for over 10 years. The previous masonry company the condo association had hired had provided numerous expensive band-aid fixes over the years without ever looking for or actually addressing the root cause of the water intrusion problem. Statz located the issue, which was that the original builder had failed to install the proper flashing under the masonry and completed the proper repairs. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend!
