No one here on a Saturday. We called Friday and was assured they were open on Saturday morning. Their website said the same as did Google. Yet, there's a line of about 7 cars waiting over an hour for no reason. Some of these folks knew the shop manag we who stopped answering the phone. Just a shame. A little competition would put this place out of business.

I had my tires replaced on my 2009 Acura and also had my oil changed at Gunny Lube with no problems. Dan was very attentive and had a good attitude. He was willing to give me time and cost estimates that were accurate. I ordered my tires on line and them delivered to the store. Gunny Lube mounted them on my car at a price lower than that quoted on the website. Because I was unable to get back during work hours Dan arranged for me to pick up my car later in the evening. Very helpful.

Was at True Value, great customer service from Mike's crew btw, and thought I'll swing by Gunny Lube and make an appointment because 4000 miles ago they were 3 days out on an oil change. Went inside, the very young man that finally came to help me said he couldn't book an appointment in person but I could go to the website. I said, "I'm here, in the store, I can't make an appointment?" Rudely he said, "just go to our website." In a tone like I was keeping him from preforming brain surgery. He added, "you can use your phone..." oh thanks, didn't know I got the interweb on my phone. I left, went

The Gunny Lube is a reliable place to go! The employees are nice, and Dan, at the main desk, knows his stuff. Also, being able to see through a window at your car being worked on is reassuring if you're uptight like me. I've been coming here for a year now for baisic stuff like tire rotations, tire mounting, oil changes, etc. I'll definitely stay a repeat customer.

Great customer service!! Got a quick, reasonably priced oil change here. A few days later a friend was having a car issue, they looked at it for free, diagnosed the problem, told her she could safely drive the few hours home and recommended a shop there to do the repair. A great local Gunnison business!
