Alhambra RV Park
Alhambra RV Park is fully open for business. We are taking precautionary measures as appropriate but are happy to welcome you for your visit to Montana. Alhambra RV Park in Clancy, MT sits on the site of historic sanitariums and hot springs. In the early 1900's, people seeking rest and isolation arrived by the Great Northern Railroad at Alhambra station to visit the Alhambra or Sunnyside Sanatoriums.

For many years visitors relaxed in the natural setting, enjoyed the pools, and felt refreshed by the mineral waters which was packaged and shipped all over the world until 1959 when fire destroyed the facilities. Today, Clancy continues as a small community just 10 miles south of the state capital, Helena.
Services
The Convenience Store located at Alhambra RV Park open daily. Offering cold beverages, ice cream, snacks, milk, eggs, camping hardware, propane, souvenirs and many other items. The banks of the Prickly Pear stream have long provided a path through the mountains between Butte and Helena used by travelers before records were kept.

Staying here was a good time. It's only 15mins from downtown Helena and right around the corner from national park land. There are some fantastic riding trails for dirt bikes and ATVs near by and the management is great. He'll give you maps to the trails if you ask. There is also a little stream that cuts through the park that you can fish in. So that's nice.

Edit: Upgraded to four stars, mostly because the internet concerns seem to have been resolved. Just a quick one night stay this last time, but I like this little hole in the wall RV park.
Three stars may not seem like much, but bear with me. I made the reservation knowing full well it's under new ownership, and that there will be many bugs to work out.
Location: Maybe it works for you, maybe it doesn't. Conveniently off the interstate, so access is easy. No municipalities to drive through to try and find your park. Being next to the interstate on one side, and a VERY busy county road on the other

The absolute worst RV park ever. Filthy bathrooms. Disgusting bathtub. The water in our hose froze. Would never recommend this place.

Best RV Park in the area by far. Services come with showers, and multiple bathrooms throughout the park. There's electric, water, sewer and tent sites. A stream runs through the park and there are a multitude of sites on on water. There are fish in the stream you can catch. The park is right off the highway so you can go to town easily and there's A LOT of nature in the area. The main building also has coin laundry and I've never had to wait for a machine. The main building has maps and pamphlets for trails to hikes and lots of activities nearby. This place can show you family friendly fun throughout

Can't stay here if your camper is ugly.
Looks are everything. Always judge a book by it's cover has always been good advice.
I was never a customer because the owner asked for pictures of our camper and said nope, too ugly.

Randy was more than accommodating, generous with his time and supplies. What a blessing for our family of six.
We decided to camp during a snowstorm and Randy went above and beyond making sure that we had heat and water extending every courtesy and assistance.
We had a wonderful time by a lovely little river and a warm firepit. Can't wait to come back again!

RV park has really good management, with many many new upgrades! Well stocked convenience store on site, with select RV essentials on hand. Laundry room is great! Really pretty creek runs alongside property. Conveniently located right off of interstate, & there are also two really great restaurants located close by in Clancy!

Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and you can tell they really care about treating their guests well. We stayed for a couple nights when passing though the area. It was nice to have somewhere relaxing to regroup before the next leg of our trip. There's a little steam that runs though the park so many of the campsites are right on the water. We also found lots of wild raspberries growing throughout the park while walking our dog. It has a nice mom-pop vibe that you don't get from the larger chain RV Parks. Short drive to Helena and a great option if you want to be outside the city. I'd

He moved my trailer and tore the steps off and damaged the side of my trailer. His insurance didn’t cover all the damages and he doesn’t care.

The park is very picturesque, and offers many spots with streamside access. Pull-through and full hookups are also available. The park now has shower and laundry facilities, and just opened their convenience… store. It’s a great place to camp outside of town while being only ten miles from Helena. If you haven’t been to the Alhambra, come check us out.

Website is deceiving. Most the RVs in this place are people living long term. Spaces are tight and cramped and not to mention the freeway is literally 5 feet away so traffic noise is pretty constant. Water pressure was horrible from a well. Place has a creepy trailer trash feel. Heavy wooded areas near the creek, so much mosquitos we couldn't even stand to be outside our RV without being eaten alive. One bathroom and shower for the whole park which was filthy the whole time. No paper towels or extra roll of TP. I don't mind old but dirty and unsanitary I cannot do. For the price this

Needed a place to set up for a week during a wedding in Helena. This place is newly re-opened. It's a small campground with only a few full hook-ups. Randy and his campground host Sue do a fine job of helping out and making you feel welcome and take care of things. Need to sign a waiver understanding that the water is identified as "non potable" as the previous owners let the health certificate run out, but we didn't have any issues. We alway use bottled water for drinking anyhow. Real good people. We'll be back.

Loved staying in space L which is on Prickly Pear Creek. The new owners and Sue the camp hostess made us feel very welcomed. A store and showers are in the process of being built. Hope to go back soon!

I can't even give this place a star. Back in November we (6) campers were given "eviction notices" due to water..
Long story short, I went out in December and same people still resided, no water problems in the least. I heard there were new tenants, so I took a drive. Sure enough, he has indeed brought 2 new residents in, his "manager" has 2 units on his spot, and the family who also received the now FAKE NOTICE, are also still there. There never was a water problem, but a simple flip of a switch in the pumphouse.
I have decided to stand up for myself, and
