Quiet. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. We stayed at the new pull-through sites B1-14. Site was level and didn't collect any water when it rained. Was able to take the kids fishing at the small pond. Town of Rock Hall is a few minutes away and has a grocery, some shops and ice cream available. Would certainly come again.

From the moment I pulled in it was a great experience, the owner took me to my site, helped me back In. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire weekend. Every person I passed or that walked by the campsite waved. Great atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Stopped by today, to eyeball the campground.
Was specifically hoping to find a place for “Tent” camping. Due to the issues of the Bath House, and COVID… there’s no tent camping available.
Hopefully that will change in the near future.
Seemed like a really nice place and it was a great weekend for it.
Hope they let me know when it opens up for “tent camping”.

First of all this campground is BEAUTIFUL. I'm not sure what I expected when I read it was on the water but Holy cow. Most beautiful campground I've ever been to. Also, Megan is seriously the best person on the face of the earth. We broke down at their campground and the hospitality was unbelievable. She helped us find a rental car, bought us alcohol, completely worked around our crazy schedule while trying to fix our truck. She checked up on us and ever offered to drive us to get food!!!! Their family is a gift to this earth. Can't recommend this campground enough 10/10 we will be back.

Amazing , property right on the Chesapeake Bay, with gorgeous sunsets. We stayed a month and at first I thought we were in the middle of no where and where are all the amenities ? It didn’t take long to appreciate my tranquil surroundings , I heard the waves lapping on the shore line, I heard the birds chirping , I was able to relax and read a book without distractions, we played cards , walked and met some very nice people along the way, we discovered families having a good wholesome time playing ball, games, riding bikes, fishing , and we even attended the 4th of July celebration put on by

The first sign the campground was odd when I received an email a few days before check in that check in time had changed from noon to 2 pm. Then the day before check in received a call from the office for our ETA? I thought was very strange. Never had that before. When I made the reservation told them I had a 35 ft trailer when arrived to site was very small. Was barely able to fit our truck on the site with camper. Then our course got stuck next to the party crowd. Played loud music and made nose all evening. They also had their dog tied up in 95 degree heat outside with bugs swarming them. Also

Best beach for the area... There actually is no other beach around where the public can swim at all despite what the GPS told us. This beach is very small and not really accessible if you have a baby or stroller. The access areas are surrounded by seasoned campers and there is no parking away from your site or the office. You basically have to walk or bicycle From your camp site about a football field away to the water. Landscaping was beautiful but tents must only be placed on gravel, not grass. Which makes tents uncomfortable to sleep in. No shower house. Everything must be self contained. Poor

We stayed here for our first time on a last minute trip at the end of October 2020. It was a cold, rainy weekend, but as soon as we pulled into the campground, I fell in love. It is such a cute, well maintained, little campground. It didn't rain continuously, so we were able to enjoy a couple of beautiful sunsets over the bay. I was determined to come back during nicer weather. Here we are, the middle of May 2021, and this place did not disappoint! The trees are in bloom, the well manicured lawns with beautiful landscaping, and the same beautiful sunsets over the bay. The staff is very pleasant

1st off let me say that this review is 10 years over !!!
My Family has been coming to Bayshore Campground for 10 years.
Each camping trip is better than the last time !!
The owners are always updating the camp ground and landscaping to keep everything spotless. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful and their friendliness also has rubbed off on their seasonal campers as well because everyone is very friendly and happy ......how can you not be when you're at such a beautiful campground.
The views of the Chesapeake Bay at sun set are stunning.

Lacy the manager, is amazing and a true pleasure to deal with. We travel in a group. Multiple families and it's always really hard to find a campground with "buddy sites" but Bayshore Campgrounds was super accommodating and got us great spots directly next to each other in front of a pond perfect for fishing! Rock hall is a cute small town with everything you may need or want. Lacy also suggested a seafood restaurant and boy did she know what she was talking about! Thanks so much for a great time

I have read all the reviews below, the two with ones besides them really made me question whether or not to visit this campground. I am so glad I followed my gut instinct. I am not sure when those reviews came in, however they must have been talking about different owners. I stayed at Bayshore for an entire month and never met nicer people in my life than the staff and residents living here. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I am handicapped and my husband had surgery they went well beyond what any customer would expect to make us comfortable and extend their hospitality. The sunsets

Have been here in 2 years, not much has changed but again a great RV park. Views are great, friendly staff, sites are gravel and level, bathhouses are clean. My only complaint was wifi, they have gone to a private pay service and it was terrible, I couldn't access Internet at all on my tablet wife tablet worked about a quarter of the time. But overall a great weekend

The owners were rude and disrespectful. The wife in particular had a passive aggressive streak and took her aggression out on elderly people. They lie, they belittle and they are not trustworthy. If your parents consider renting here for the long term, please stop them. If it were not for the current owners it would be a lovely place.

I was truly disappointed. I paid for a Friday and Saturday tent site for 5 people. It was pretty expensive but we were excited to be right on the bay. Our plan was to swim and fish in the bay for the whole weekend. We arrived around 2pm on Friday and checked in with an extremely pleasant staff and had the tent pitched within the hour. The biting flies were unbearable. You couldn't even sit down without having a swarm of biting flies surrounding you. The bay access was a joke if you aren't a permanent Seasonal camper. It was one set of steps right behind the bath house and a 20 ft section

It's the place to camp if you want to be near Rock Hall, literally. The facilities are something like you'd find in a third world country. There are only two showers, one toilet, one urinal in the men's room; similarly equipped women's. The "beach" is maybe 20' long and only 2 feet wide. The "playground" is a small plastic set you might find in a townhouse yard. Most of the people there seem to be part time residents and know each other; very few weekend-campers like me, at least when I was there. For some reason, the area is also very buggy. Bugs that

We went camping here last summer. This campground is located next to a cornfield overlooking the water. It's really pretty neat! Lots of year-round folks who get all the waterfront lots. The beach is tiny, but there plenty of swimming space for kids. The restrooms are small. I loved that it was on the water and we could see it from our trailer window. There is pond with a fountain in the middle and a playground for the kids. The town of Rock Hall is cute too!
