Hi, I am Cheryl Engle, the owner of TC Staffing Incorporated. I've been a nurse since 2001 and have worked in several areas of the healthcare world from hospital to hospice. Many years ago when I first started nursing school I had also became a single mother of four young children. The hours were sometimes longer than what was scheduled as we all know healthcare often requires.

I really enjoy working for TC Staffing.I have developed a great rapport with the office staff. I won’t mentions names, but they know lol, as well as the regulars worker I have met at different facilities...Nurses, QMA’s, CNA’s. Once we meet and find out we are employed through TC there is an automatic bond for some reason. I also like the computerized staffing. It allows us to choose our shifts, facilities, and the dates that we want to pick up and we can do it all through our cell phone. If there are any issues I call the office and staff will politely break it down for me. Would I recommend

I love working for TC Staffing! I started out doing it to supplement my income. They are great people and easy to work with. They are very picky on who they choose because they want to send the best to area facilities. They also make sure everything is set up and done right so things flow easily.
I always feel confident when walking into a new facility. They also give good feedback.

Very unprofessional company. Staffing agency for long term care facilities. Management communicates with buildings that certain employees will work certain shifts...over half of the time they do not show up leaving buildings short staffed. On several occasions in one building employees themselves were contacted and stated they did not even agree to the shift. They hire people without drug screens, TB tests. Some employees report delayed pay. A few no pay. They are just unprofessional. The quality buildings don’t maintain relationships with them long. Professional nurses don’t work with them
