Whatever you do, do not use this doctor. My daughter had an orbital bone fracture and unfortunately we ended up with this guy in the emergency room. He made it seem like we had to hurry up and do surgery with him because she would have other complications. I didn't feel very comfortable because I didn't have the time to do my research on the doctor. After surgery things didn't look right but he kept telling us it would take months than years to heal the way it should. I ended up doing my research found an amazing orbital bone fracture surgeon and went in for a consultation.

I went to have my stitches removed from my eye lid from a bad fall and was pleasantly surprised how wonderful his mannerism was and he was completely honest and did a thorough exam before he gently removed the stitches . The front desk staff also very nice and helpful! I would recommend this doctor to anyone that asks me ! Thanks again !

Phoenix area has many plastic surgeon options, yet after researching and then having a consultation with Dr. LaBarbera, he was the person my husband and I felt most comfortable with. After the consultation, he reviewed on his own and came back with suggestions on what he thought were best for me and would meet my goals. He then provided good, understandable explanation as to why we were doing things the way we were. He and his staff were readily available when needed for questions, even over the holidays. After considering many other surgeons for my tummy tuck, it was Dr. LaBarbera that I ended up choosing. His bedside manners are impeccable. As a nurse, seeing a doctor that's truly caring and listens with an open ear is really rare these days. I couldn't be happier. The surgery went well. He made sure I was comfortable. Dr. LaBarbera was absolutely amazing through my entire experience. I am the patient he was just handed while I was in the hospital. Throughout this entire experience he was beyond empathetic and caring. There was nothing textbook about my experience and he always listened to my concerns with an open ear and truly did what he could to help. He never doubted what or how I was feeling during my recovery process. As a nurse, it was so nice to have him on my side because doctors like him are a rare find today!! I am beyond grateful that he got “stuck” with me and I would refer him for anything.

As I write this today, I have happy tears. I’m seven weeks post op from my tummy tuck surgery and cannot believe my results. I’m over the moon of how good I look and how confident I feel! I just want to give a shout out to this doctor and his staff! I HIGHLY Recommend this doctor. First off from start to finish they have been amazing! Bedside manner to help in the office! This doctor has been amazing! They have also been very flexible with us as well. Communication outstanding friendly ! Just absolutely amazing! The only Doctor I had a consult with was Dr.LaBarbera. After I left his office I canceled the other 2 I had scheduled. From the time I walked into the office to the time I left I felt very welcome and comfortable. If I had questions they answered them promptly. Dr LaBarbera and his office were the best among many surgeons I visited. Choosing a plastic surgeon is difficult. After seeing 5 surgeons for quotes/info, I felt most comfortable with Dr LaBarbera. He made me feel more at ease and less anxious than any of the other doctors.
