I would have given a flawless review but for me customer service trumps all. Issue 1.... blood spot on white bed cover. Issue 2....newly remodeled room....but same filthy window treatments and table...non smoking room yet cig burns on table. Issue 3....I called at 1115 to ask if my shower stuffcould be held for me because I was 20min away and checkout was 11. The answer was No. Its gonna be thrown away by the maid.
