My wife and I had been looking for a new camper for a while. I've know. For several years that the Freedom Express was the way to go. We had chosen the camper that we thought was in our price range and fit our needs. When we arrived (after business hours and Greg, our sales representative waited for us) he showed us the model we wanted to look at and I wanted to see another one.

Pathetic phone ethics. Spoke to this guy Ron who was nice and asked to call back saying he is with another client. Called backed and some random dude literally swaered bragging about being owner of the business and refusing to put me through to the person I had spoken earlier. I don't know why these blue collar people occupy offices they can't handle.

We live 600 miles from Milbrook Al and made an unexpected purchase while in Orange Beach for the winter. Clarks was easy to deal with and we felt they were fair. We've had alot of issues with our new rv and have had a hard time finding a local dealership to fix them. Chris at Clark's made alot of calls to Keystone on our behalf. Never once did he make me feel it was "our problem." I would definitely purchase from them again if we lived close. But lesson learned, do not buy out of town! Thank you again Chris. We appreciated your help.

I purchased my Aspen trail in Feb. 21. I broke gge little ball that attaches sway bar to hitch. When i stopped to purchase one on my way to Florida in June they were swamped but took the time to put it on for me. I ask about some minor warranty work issues. He told me to be prepared to leave it 5 weeks. Three weeks later he calls its ready. Also, i need my hitch leveled. He ask I call 3days before I come and he will have tech there to level it.

This place is a joke for sure. Do not talk to Mark. He doesn’t care if you smoke or not. He lights right up in front of you. This is also the only place that doesn’t accept vehicles as trade ins.. Every where else 100% does. No joke. Well at least all the ones I’ve called which are 10-15 of them. Very shady shady place. Was going to buy a coachman and they were selling theirs for the same price as other that have Everything in it such as all the TVs etc. Very very very poor customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. BUYERS BEWARE. THIS 5th wheel had dents and the inside has major wood issues

The associates are nice, and do not put too much pressure on you for a sale. The associate I encountered this day, realized quickly, that I was the decision maker in my house. Most places ask where's your husband. I like this intuitive sales associates tactics. I thank this establishment for respecting women.

I have recommended Clark’s RV to anyone who asked about our camper. We had a fabulous experience purchasing our camper from Clark’s, but the service department and the actual owner are a joke. Went to get camper serviced/winterized and left in November, due to parts for a radio replacement we were unable to pick it up until the end of February so that our radio was fixed (brand new purchase). While it was there we had several items stolen- the propane tanks being 3 of the items. They replaced our full tanks with empty ones. We also had a trash can and drying racks stolen, but they were not

I love going to lots like this! We weren't hounded by a salesperson but one was available for questions without having to search the lot or wait for however long it took for someone to find one. The prices were reasonable, too. We haven't settled on one yet but we did find one we like at this lot and I definitely wouldn't mind doing business here.

Listen to what everyone is saying about customer service. We bought our Fifth Wheel from a dealership in north Alabama. It has a forever warranty that requires a yearly inspection. We made an arrangement with Chris who said to bring it in and it shouldn’t take more than a couple of weeks because the inspection only takes a couple of hours. We brought it in on 9/30. My husband waited a couple of weeks and called back. Chris referred us to Caleb who said it was first come first serve and there were other jobs in front of us. Said if we didn’t like it that we could go somewhere else. At that point

Once the deal is done they could care a less about you. "They put a priority on services of campers purchased from them." I can assure they do not. As you can see in previous reviews your camper will sit there for months for minor repairs under warranty. When it's ready they will tell you it was only a few hours worth of work. It is never completely fixed either. Your better off not buying the extended warranty if you make the mistake of buying from them because you will still come out of pocket. I am currently seeking other dealerships with a loyal service department to buy a camper from so I

This was the most pleasant shopping experience EVER!! We were allowed to look without being followed or pressured at all. Greg was the best! He was available to answer any questions we had but did not in any way pressure us. We bought the smallest travel trailer they had but Greg made us feel as though we had just purchased the biggest, most expensive rig they carry. Also, there's no hidden fees, no dock fees or anything extra tacked on! It was an amazing experience! And we highly recommend Clarks RV!
