Do not move here unless you plan on living in a dump where the apartment manager refuses to fix anything. And if you do ask her to fix anything she gets mad and retaliates because you put in a maintenance request and tells you not to do online maintenance requests! Pest control is a joke so be prepared for that too because unlike what’s advertised, it’s clearly NOT included! I’ll be spending your own money to get rid of roaches and mice, which is nearly impossible since they just move from one apartment to another. The living conditions are poor, unsanitary and dangerous but the apartment

These apartments have come a long way in the last couple of years esp with the new management. Ms Carrie has a passion for what she does and it shows. She is fair, accommodating and takes care of this biz. We love her and the staff, they are always on top of things and take pride in what they do for our complex and community!

I am inclined to make a review about Country Place Apartments because of my decade of experience with this complex. The new owners and the amazing management have done a fabulous job in transforming this place into a quiet, beautiful and updated place to call home. I realize that you cannot make everyone happy and that goes without saying but to make such false allegations about the Apartment manager and how she runs this place is absurd. She goes above and beyond for all ofher occupants. What she does not have a tolerance for is riffraff SO if you live there now or are thinking about renting an

Been living here going on 2 months now. The property manager is awesome and the rest of the stuff is friendly. The apartment that I’m in isn’t entirely renovated like the property manager wanted to do but with the time frame that I needed an apartment the apartment is in great condition new carpet, new paint on the walls, and stainless steel appliances. Found a few issues with the apartment when I first moved in but the staff and the property manager was quick to fix the issues within the apartment. Great place to live nice quiet friendly staff and according to the property manager more changes

I was in need of an apartment and was put in Mrs. Easter’s path by God. I truly love my apartment. The country setting, serene atmosphere. I knew that this is where I wanted to live when I scouted the area. I can’t thank Mrs. Easter enough. Not only is she professional but she also shows concern about the property and the well being of the residents. As for her staff, I must give them credit as well. They are all so courteous and have been getting all my work orders (very few) done promptly and perfectly.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone who would like to have peace and take pride

RUDE new property manager .GREAT neighborhood ,clean ,kid friendly , newly renovated homes and Newly renovated pool .
When maintenance does come don't expect your door to be locked after or if furniture was moved to fix what needed to be done in you apartment ,don't expect things to be moved back in place .
