Mark has taken care of all our needs. We pay one rate each month. We call, email, text and he responds within our needs. He's willing to communicate via email or in person with any of my employees or third party software technical consultants. Essentially whatever I need regarding IT, he handles and I just pay a fixed fee. I love this approach!
