Gross Ford in Spencer is a small town business that won't *steer* you wrong. I was stranded with a tire that was losing air and they sent a mechanic out to meet me, diagnosed the problem in the driveway, got me into the shop that day...and had me on my way in no time *flat*. Seriously, they are the best.

Just the other day my water pump went out while traveling through Spencer. I called Jensen motors to ask if they would be able to take a look. The Lady at the front desk was quick to say they would take care of me. I can't say I could have been more impressed, they ordered parts and had me back on the road in no time! Thanks for the great customer service!
