To be successful this individual should have several years' experience in a similar role working on Commercial, Design/Build projects as well as Residential Construction.

If you are a subcontractor and considering bidding to Cahills Construction then you should reconsider. Unfortunately Cahills will bid shop your pricing and lie to you on the phone on whether you are the low bidder or that they are using your number on bid day. Be advised that they will not return your calls after the fact and give little regard to you as a subcontractor. Again, steer clear if you value integrity and professionalism or want a fair shake at bidding a project.
