Rick Filkins began posting bail over 20 years ago and founded the company American Eagle. In 2014, Michelle's Bail Bonds was merged with American Eagle Bail Bonds creating Michelle's American Eagle.
When a Defendant Fails To Appear (FTA) before the court, a warrant is issued and a Notice of Forfeiture is sent. Defendant's must appear at all scheduled court dates. Kaiden was professional, but friendly,he made you feel like he cared,and was on your side. he was accommodating in every way and made all the calls and did all the leg work. other places seemed uninterested and made me feel like a criminal(even though I was not the defendant)as well as quick to be "unable to help" kaiden found a way within the first 5 minutes on the phone. I know and realize this is a business but kaiden seemed to actually care and want to help. I was impressed by his great service and would highly recommend this place if and /or when you or someone you love gets into a jam. you
