I had injections in both my knees and one ankle three years ago. I was in severe pain from ACL surgeries and several sprains and breaks in my ankle. It was so bad, I could not sleep at night! I highly recommend the ! I am so glad that I did not follow the recommendation from another orthopedic doctor to have replacement knee surgery. I opted for the Stem Cell/PRP instead and ran a half marathon several months after the process (when the previous doctor said I would NEVER be able to run again!). Follow the rules with physical therapy during the stem cell process and you will be very happy. I totally recommend!

Very professional and friendly! I've struggled with bad knees for 5 years. I haven't been able to go up and down stairs normally until now. I'm able to do housework and not be in extreme pain afterwards, and the swelling has gone down tremendously! I would highly recommend them! I have been doing PT in Murfreesboro after surgery for the second time on a broken femur! I could not have asked for a better experience!! They have pushed me but at the same time encouraged me!! I have been a nurse a long time( longer than most of these people have been alive) but I tell everyone who will listen what a great place this is!! Since the age of eight I have struggled with back pain. Coming to the David Price IMAC center has been such a blessing for me. The staff are caring and professional. I visited David Price Center after being told by two other chiropractors they could not solve my problem and I needed to see a Neurosurgeon. The Neurosurgeon then told me that surgery was the only solution to make my back stop hurting. Thankfully I found David Price Center before I made the mistake of having surgery. After treatment at David Price Center I can say I have no pain in normal daily activity and have regained most of the range of motion I had before my back injury. Thanks to the amazing work of the incredible staff I will be completely healthy again very soon.

I can’t say enough good things about this team. Unlike traditional physician practices, they take a collaborative approach to your treatment protocol. The PAs, Chiropractors and PT physician all work together with you and involve you in your plan. Very open communication between patient and medical professionals—how unique is that?? Along the… way, they will evaluate and adjust as needed. If chronic pain or discomfort is a problem, call them for a consultation. We have found them to be very open and transparent with what they can or cannot do.

I recommend this center for knee and back pain before I started I could not sleep or go down or up stairs without pain. Everything that I had done with DP Center was the best that I could have ever ask for.!! The scale of 1-10 it was a 101 % from the beginning to the end was the very best I could have ever ask for.!! All of the staff were Very Friendly and willing to help me through out the Physical Therapy.!!! I couldn’t have asked for more.!!! I have always been considered an athlete, playing several sports in high school. I continued to run regularly in my 20's but not long distances. I would snow ski on occasion, hike a lot, and backpack. Then I turned 40 and my knees began giving me trouble. I could no longer sqat down. I had to have fluid drained. I stopped running and began to temper my activities a bit. Just after turning 55 my knees seemed to stop working. The pain kept me from sleeping. I had a degenerative meniscus tear that forced me to need crutches.

I was exited to learn there was a possibility of addressing my knee's torn meniscus w/o surgery so I scheduled a call back. On 12/24/18 a very friendly Dr. Mark Wallace called me two hours later than the 10:30am scheduled time. He quickly won me over assuring me that my problem could be taken care of through the "regeneration center's" therapies. Called this business asking questions regarding platelet rich plasma and was told that all information regarding their procedure was proprietary but that I could get a free phone consultation. I said let’s do it and was never contacted back. I have a feeling that it’s because I communicated that I was “in the know” regarding this procedure, and their method of producing prp is not cutting edge...
