Donna Ford and Jeff Horn are by far the best agents to deal with! I have alot of rental properties, 5 vehicles, 2 personal homes & all my insurance is handled by Morgan Insurance previously BB&S Ins. I might could find a cheaper rate, but with this kind of exceptional service...why look? I can drive down to their location & get help immediately. But Donna and Jeff are so fast to answer my email or voice mail I never need to! if you want a hometown personable, professional insurance provider...look no further than Morgan Insurance. Ellen Hawkins has been wonderful to us. Very professional, returns calls in a timely manner if we have questions. Morgans has carried our home and auto insurance for over 30 years and would not use anyone else. She keeps on track with our policys and gets us the best deals and prices including discounts and refunds. Have filed claims in past and never had a problem. For years I have used a combination of BB&S and Morgan to cover commercial and residential property and now that they are combined I'm getting the best service through one office.
