Dr. Erdman was very professional and skilled in dealing with my vein issues. I have struggled with my veins for over 30 years to the point of severe leg ulcers and a blood clot. The results have been amazing in only a short period of time. I no longer have any pain and the visual improvement is remarkable. Tracy was very helpful with processing my insurance claims. I had a very good experience at Madison Vein and Laser to treat spider veins in my legs. My consult was exceptional -- Dr. Erdman and Angie told me exactly what to expect regarding treatment, healing, and price before I even committed. During treatment, Angie was terrific with keeping me comfortable and made the process nearly painless. The consultation for age spot treatment is free. Vein consultation is $50 & insurance will usually pay for that charge. That information is given and it's on the releases that you sign before being treated, if insurance doesn't cover it you're responsible for the charges. Unable to give information about coverage ahead of time, so was stuck with a high bill. The reception/billing people were obviously hired for their looks, not their ability to do basic office skills. There are a lot of places to go in the Madison area for help with vein issues. I suggest you try one of them.
