We are near completion of our home build with Brian Custom homes. I absolutely could not recommend them more! My very first impression of the owner was that he was mindful of money. He himself was a good steward of his finances which told me he certainly would be a good steward of mine. And he has been. I don’t feel like I’m alone in trying to stay in budget and trying to get the best deals. He absolutely stays on top of that and gives me updates on all costs as we go. He is very transparent in that and is an excellent advocate for his clients with all subcontractors. They are for their clients
