Services
Our Summer Camp offers an opportunity for aspiring gymnasts to improve their current skills, learn new skills and processes they may not have tried before, and most importantly have a ton of fun while learning. GAGE is one of the few programs in the world that has developed top gymnasts consistently for the last 40 years.
Dragon Gymnastics Team, under the direction of internationally recognized Al Fong and 2007 World Team Assistant Coach Armine Barutyan-Fong, is one of only a few gymnastics organizations in the country with the ability to provide training that leads young women to national and international competition.
The Xcel Dragons team provides talented girls an opportunity to compete on a gymnastics team. They have the flexibility to limit the number of training hours so they can do other activities. Any girl, age 5 and older, who desires a greater challenge and would like to compete may join the Xcel Dragon Team.
Dragonfly Preschool Gymnastics classes provide preschoolers with not only a foundation of gymnastics skills but also the tools they need to enjoy a variety of sports throughout life. Entry level class for students ages 5 & up. This is an introduction class with great basic gymnastics skills on floor, bars, vault, tumble trak, plus beam (for girls) or rings & pommel horse (for boys).
DRAGON NINJA TRAINING classes incorporate Ninja Warrior curriculum, where the students will hone their skills on obstacles like the cargo net, warped wall, monkey bars, rope swings and more, all while naturally learning the skills from Parkour to master these obstacles. Parkour is an art of movement in which you train the body and mind to overcome obstacles.

My kids have gone to Bump City several times but this year we decided to host 2 birthday parties here. They were GREAT! The staff handled setup and break down so I just had to bring cake. They even provided balloons and goodie bags for the partygoers. All the parents got to sit back and relax while the kids were led through play down in the huge gym. Trampolines, a climbing wall, big slides,... there's so many play options. Bump City is a great way to spend an afternoon/evening and I can absolutely recommend them for party hosting.
