We love our gutters but after experiencing a problem and calling them we still haven’t received any call back. It’s a great product and I am certain if Rick was still the one receiving our call that he would take care of the problem. Not sure what’s going on but maybe f this is how you treat a customer who is a disabled US veteran than I am not a happy Veterans wife.
