When it comes to the most difficult and challenging construction projects, you need the most experienced and skilled labor in the industry to ensure it's done effectively and efficiently. For over 40 years, Dean's Certified Welding has proven to be the only choice to produce results above and beyond your expectations.
In 2016 Dean's entered into a $8.5 million dollar contract with Kiewit-Shea Constructors on the Roundout West Branch Bypass Tunnel in Newburgh, NY for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. This project has over 10,000 feet of 16' diameter steel pipe that ranges in thicknesses from 1"-2" butt welds in a tunnel approximately 800 feet underground.
2015 Dean's entered into a $1.4 million dollar contract with Mcnally/Aecon JV for welding of the Port Mann Tunnel Project in Surrey, B.C for Metro Vancouver. We welded a little over 2k feet of 84"x1" steel pipe that was all butt welded with a backing bar. We also welded the (2) 240 foot shafts. The tunnel ran 50 feet below the Port Mann River bed.

My husband just went to Dean's Welding today. We had one very small part that needed welded to another. Dean did it quickly and it came out great and because it was so small of a job he didn't charge us. I feel bad about that because he really could have, we were just so happy to get it done. I know it didn't take him very long but it was still a very generous thing to do and we will certainly recommend him to anyone that needs welding done. I will pay this forward by doing something similar for someone when I have the opportunity.
