We have been seeing Dr Laughlin for several years. Dr Laughlin also sees my 91 yr old mother and my sister. She is very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. The staff is very proficient and friendly.
Highly recommend this practice.

We would not recommend this office. Every time we call we either do not receive a phone call back at all, or it is a day or two. Our PA said if we called and mentioned the medication our child is supposed to taking, every person in the office would know what we were taking about because it is a time sensitive prescription. So far all of the nurses we talked to know nothing about this medication being time sensitive. If all of the things that need to be done are not done in 7 days, they can’t call in the prescription and we have to wait another month. This should be her first month, but nobody

The definition of what's wrong with health care in the USA. Just moved here from Denver, all I want to do is get a standard skin check up, but they require a referral. Why would I need a referral for an elective, preventative procedure? Why would I spend money/time to see a doctor to tell me to go see another doctor?
