I would give no stars if that was an option. DO NOT use these guys to fix your windows. They are incapable of fixing anything. Two guys have showed up repeatedly, squabble with each other and do not get much done. Then they come back a few weeks later and asked what the problem was because they forgot to write it down. They do another assessment and come back a few weeks later and yup you guessed it - have no idea why they were there! It's like watching dumb and dumber in real life and so unprofessional. They 'fixed' two windows and I had my apt maintenance guy come look at it because I still could
