We had a great experience with Gaines Engineering! We had an opportunity to work with father and son and found both to be extremely knowledgeable and able to break down the work so that a layman could understand what was being done. They also referred us to a great contractor that helped us complete the work within our timeline. Highly recommend!!!

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I am a licensed commercial and residential roofing contractor. Bryan has helped me design solutions to two complex projects that I have closed out successfully. I highly recommend his services.

Bryan is a very intelligent and outstanding Principal Engineer. He thoroughly inspected the foundation of a new home we were in the process of purchasing, identified the flaws in the concrete slab, and provided detailed instruction on repairs that needed to be made. I can't describe how thankful we were, that we decided to have him come out. I feel more confident in our new homes structure now.
If you have to pay for an engineer out of pocket, they typically are quite expensive, but they are often worth it. Thankfully we convinced the builder to pay.
