This place is the best. I used to have a business account with UPS and FedEx but have since dropped those because The Mail Box has better rates and ships all carriers. Eric also knows the industry really well and has offered his knowledge to help me ship large packages in the most cost effective way. I don't take my packages anywhere else.

The best alternative to the post office by far! The staff is always very helpful and friendly. You never have to wait in any long lines and Eric will always help you if you happen to have written down that last number wrong. Same technology as the PO yet at the PO counter they will say this zip code is wrong. And that's it. If you don't have a phone on you and nobody around knows the zip code for Cedar Rapids, Iowa then good luck. At The Mail Box you can see the address as it's typed in on the screen and you are given options to make sure it's going to the correct place. Plus

Where should I begin? I’ve been a member of The Mailbox for 8 years now, and have never been disappointed in the service. My packages have always been kept safe, Mail protected in my box, and nothing but the utmost professionalism from the owner, Eric.

Whoohoo! I am happy to report that I am delighted. Can you tell I am pleased? Eric at The Mail Box accepted the task of shipping many meaningful belongings to me out of state. I had not shipped these items at the time of the bulk move because I was not sure how to pack them or how they may fare. And I was especially apprehensive because most of these things belong to my son. Upon receipt I was very impressed with the care Eric had taken in packing; he obviously is very knowledgeable, and also creative. It's my mailbox. As a student as UC, I move around from time to time and I really don't like having to change my address at all of the places that require an address, so I don't! Everything gets shipped there and it's a great deal. It's a great place, fair price and when I go out of town they will hold my mail for as long as I've needed this far (3 plus months) pretty sweet small business.

Eric is awesome and a super fast typer! I hate going to the post office because of the long wait times and super slow service, but that is something you don't have to worry about if you come here. We usually have tons of packaged to drop off and he is always super quick about getting them labeled and mailed off. We have never had issues with sending our packages here. The price are fair and he charges similarly to the post office. He remembers everyone's names and is always helpful in providing any information that you need. Small shop in back of strip mall off Hollister. I met Eric Vo the owner. Nice guy. Prices seem a touch high, but it's privately owned so they have to make their money somehow. Hours aren't the greatest, 10:00-5:30 MF, 12:00-3:00 Sat, closed on Sun. But I hung out a 1/2 hr until they were open and worked in the car, and when they opened Eric took care of all I needed and I'm happy.
