I started off in Real Estate as a loan officer and ran a successful mortgage company. After seeing my clients poorly represented by their own real estate agents, I decided to become a Realtor so I could offer the same high level of service to my clients in buying and selling real estate that I already provided as a mortgage professional.
When you sell your home you want professional service, and you also want the best value. I provide Full Service with a 4% total commission. This includes MLS plus all of the major websites, professional photography & video with drone, 360 Virtual Tour, open houses, professional flyers, Facebook ad's, and a professional negotiator on your side who knows the in's and out's of home selling.

I have been using Dan for about the past 10-11 years for all of my real estate transactions and refinances. Good thing about Dan I'd that he is a real estate broker and mortgage broker, a one stop shop.
I just bought a house on Glendora and had a few hiccups along the way with the lender. Dan worked with me and lender rep on resolving the issues. Everything worked out, and the house just closed escrow.
Dan is very attentive, quick to respond to calls-texts-email, and very detailed. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues as well.

After I got a new job that required me to relocate to Northern California, we decided to sell our home in Southern California. We also decided to start looking for a loan pre-approval in order to eventually buy a new home in the Tracy area. Dan came highly recommended by my son-in-law who had several loans worked through him. In our first meeting, after talking about the need for an early loan pre-approval we quickly shifted to the need to sell our home first. Dan sold my house for me and it was an incredible experience. First he walked me through the sales in my area so we could come up with the price to ask for. He was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. I was never wondering what the next step would be. He was so on top of things that I could concentrate on just the moving part and not worry about the rest of it.
