A licensed and insured technician will arrive in a timely fashion to diagnose the machine. Our office personnel or technician will advise you of everything that will happen during the repair process. All parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer. While most parts have a 1 warranty, many manufacturers are providing warranties for a longer period.

Emerald Coast was very responsive when I called with a broken dishwasher. They had a great technician (Drew) come out the next time. He called ahead, was on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He ordered the needed part right then. As soon as the part arrived, they called me to schedule the final repair the very next day. Drew returned (again calling ahead and on time) and had the dishwasher fixed in no time. I will always call Emerald Coast with any appliance repair needs.

We have used this company for years. Today was another great service call and repair order. Our technician Todd was great! Professional, friendly and kept looking until he found the problem. He even asked for something to wipe up all our dirt and dust that had collected under the washer! Great company!

This company is top notch! When you call, you actually speak to a very nice live human, but they sctually scheduled a repair person within a couple of business days. Since it was my dishwasher, it was fine. Todd, the repairman was bang on time and communicated arrival in advance.
Todd was professional and super personable to boot. We had to order parts and they came within a few days. ECAR communicates with us every step of the way. That's rare in these days where everything is automated. Love the personal attention ECAR provides. Won't use anyone else.

This is the 2nd time I have used Emerald Coast Appliance. The technicians are wonderful. Carter was prompt, courteous and efficient. However, I will not be using this company again. The owner, Don, is a rude, inconsiderate boor who has no customer service skills and apparently has no desire for repeat customers. As a customer service representative myself, I get aggravated with customers at times but I would never, in a million years, speak to a customer the way he spoke to me. Since I know he also responded to a neighbor of mine in the same manner, it's obvious this man-child has anger management

Called on Emerald Coast as I searched for another Appliance repair service and am very pleased by their responsiveness and professionalism.
Appointment scheduled, received call in advance of tech arriving on site. Drew was the tech-- very informative, professional and wanted to ensure he understood the problem to focus on the repair. Also explained that another part that ma have been needed was not as the issue was isolated to just the part ordered in advance.
Note- forms of payment are Cash, Check or CC but CC does incur a service fee. I should have asked if Venmo was accepted as I would have

This was my first experience using Emerald Coast Appliance Repair. After reading the reviews online I decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did. Carter was very professional and knowledgeable in assessing the problem with my dryer. The dryer is in a very small, tight spot in my little laundry room and Carter was able to pull everything out and repair what was needed. He even offered to clean up the lint and dust behind the unit! I will definitely call Emerald Coast Appliance Repair in the future should the need arise.
