We have over 1400 square feet of treatment rooms, meditation and group gathering space, cleansing and detoxification room, complete with a far infrared sauna, and ionic foot detox. Maura has an amazing intuitive healing touch as a massage therapist. She can invite relaxation in even the most stressed out person, which has been me on several occasions. Her beautiful studio, Elements adds to the tranquil ambiance that creates the perfect setting for relaxation and taking time out.
A Cryo skin facial is a non-surgical facelift. That uses cool temperatures to widen the blood vessels & increasing blood flow. This increase in oxygen supply helps stimulate major collagen production, lifts the face, reduces the appearance of wrinkles and pores as well as improves skin elasticity. Results are seen immediately, giving you a more radiant and youthful look.

My wife and I went to our first couples message here. The experience was fantastic! So relaxing and felt very comfortable the whole time. The environment is calming and both of our massage therapists were great! Thank you so much! We will be back again soon. We are already talking about it being a monthly visit. Lol! Walking in to the calm and serene atmosphere of Elements immediately sets the mood for healing and relaxation. From Tami's amazing facials to Maura's magical massages, the clients are treated with special care and pampered with exceptional service. The infra-red sauna is a delight and an experience unto itself. The great room there has space for meditation groups, couples massage, cartwheels, and more! It is a lovely place to go for a wonderful therapeutic session.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get a massage here or take advantage of any of their services, but Maura's customer service is incredible. She responds in a timely manner, is incredibly understanding, and overall inspires confidence that her establishment and services would be top notch. If I am ever in the area, I would make a special trip to Elements based on her service, and would highly recommend checking out their offerings- I can attest to their integrity!

I'm not one to indulge myself in a massage much less anything else, but as someone who is crammed into an airplane 70+ times a year I thought it was time. I used to live in Murphys and visit whenever I get a chance. I had the unique pleasure of stopping in at Elements and all I can say is WOW. The space was amazingly comfortable. Maura's gifted hands loosened 100's of thousands of miles worth of knots and then to finish it all off in an infra-red sauna, INCREDIBLE. Thank you for creating this place!
