From day one the company made us comfortable with the whole renovation process. Not only did they take the time to answer all my tedious questions but reached out to make great layout recommendations. Most importantly, they designed and adjusted our project to meet our budget. I used Home Facelifters to remodel a few of my properties in Western MA, i flip homes and buy rental properties and I am always looking for a skilled, competitive priced contractor. Joe was able to get back to me within a day or two of looking at the job, and provided detailed estimates for all my projects for free. I will be using Home Facelifters for future projects of mine.

Bought a Groupon for this company and then never heard anything from them.
Before purchasing the Groupon, I contacted them to see if what we wanted done was even something they could handle. When I called the gentleman on the phone was very polite and professional and indicated that the work was something they could do, but that he would like to do an estimate before committing to how long it would take. He setup an appointment with me for the following Tuesday and then passed the phone off to his secretary to get my contact information. Tuesday rolled around and he was a no show.
