Broke my frames to an unrepairable state while traveling from Florida. Waterloo Eye Care was so helpful in finding a frame that worked. Time was critical as I was traveling. All work to fit the old lenses into the new frames was done immediately. Locals are lucky to have Waterloo Eye Care in their town. Thank you much!!

I was visiting Seneca Falls and unfortunately lost my contacts. The folks at Waterloo attended to my call for help and did everything they could to find a fix for me- I sent over an RX and they offered me care and resources. I highly recommend them for anything you might need, as they know how to listen and assist you.

If you’re looking for awesome customer care look no further. I am on a week long, important business trip six hours from home and forgot backup contact lenses and my glasses. My contact tore, and with my terrible eyes I cannot see to drive or work. Dan from Waterloo Eye Care came to the rescue, working with my doctor back home to get me an equitable lens the same day, which is no easy task with my strong prescription. He was fast, kind and went out of his way for a non-patient. If I lived here I’d go to this practice.
