With over 40 years of combined experience in the staffing and payroll industry, JTL can find a wide range of candidates to meet your needs. Whether it is one employee or hundreds, as your volume grows so does our list of tools to assist you.
According to the American Staffing Association, more than one in three temporary employees get offered a full-time job. We have temporary, temp to hire, and long term temp positions available. All JTL temporary employees are offered health and dental benefits through Essential Staff Care. Our employees also have access to our free JTL app that allows them to access their paystub information or contact a JTL representative at any time.
JTL is full ACA compliant and all of our employees are offered the chance to sign up for health and dental insurance with Essential Staffcare. All JTL employees paychecks are deposited directly into their own checking or savings account every Friday. This ensures that your money is where you need when you need it.

I went on Friday at 2pm for an interview. Literally sat outside for a good minute and no one came to the door . I call the number several times no answer . Apparently they closed early at 11:30am but didn’t think to call and reschedule me . They apologize several times of course but something like that could of easily been handle by just calling me and letting me know to come some other time . Some are rude some were nice . They told me I’m no longer eligible to get the job after I couldn’t make it to the walk through . Just very unprofessional. They wasted too much of my time .

Worst branch ive ever worked for here in shelbyville tn. They do not tell their employees first day of hire on that if you do not work a whole 40 hour week then you will not get payed for orientation pay they do not work with their employees and are conpletley rude af and two faced. Do not work here!

Quick to get you hired on but just don't make any mistakes in any way or instant termination! Also was going to fire me for having a toothache! That's ridiculous, so if you need a job quick go there however don't expect to have any fun or expect any room for errors! Completely rude on the job site people!
