AWFUL! I called today to ask if I could move up my pickup ten minutes tomorrow and the man who answered said no. When I asked why he said they were too busy and that I should have planned better a few weeks ago. When I stated I wanted to be sure I had plenty of time at the airport, he said, "That's not my problem." I canceled immediately...a limo service who doesn't care if you get to the airport on time?! I hope they're planning their next business because I don't see this one working out.

I purchased a Living Social deal which included transportation from my house to the airport. I tried to call the place 4 times to arrange transportation but nobody answered. Someone called me back and I asked what their hours are. He explained that he tried to call me back every time after I called. I asked why he didn't just answer the phone when I called, and he said that's not how he runs his business. He waits for it to go to voice mail then he calls back. Weird, but not terrible. Anyway, in the Living Social deal, it states "Service area includes 20 mile radius of 60107"
