I am very impressed with this company! They came out and did the inspection and there was a lot of termite damage. We set up the tenting and a week later they had completed the repairs and the tenting. The company’s that are connected with Nix are also professional and did a great job. I just wanted to give a shout out to Nix Termite. I have been using them for several years to inspect my house for termites and spot treat any problem areas. This year, I finally decided to fumigate my house in San Diego after finding evidence of live termite activity in the house. I noticed termite droppings in the bathroom windowsill, which came back a few days after wiping them away. Since I couldn't easily fumigate my garage, I decided to do a Bora Care treatment of my garage. I also had them do a Bora Care treatment of my attic and crawlspace. Bora Care will kill any termites on contact

Well I’m in the middle of refinancing and ordered an inspection. Well let just say this company was chasing as much money as possible. Be careful as they will try and add as many charges as possible and if you for any reason need a reinspection it’s 85 extra dollars. Which to me was fine, until they were insisting that even if the area they claimed needed to be treated was completely torn out and replaced with new material they still would need to spray for an extra 500 dollars. Mind you it was only one board. So please be careful with these people.

I recently had Nix Termite treat an area of my home for subterranean termites. All of the staff I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. Hector, the estimator, was experienced with this kind of termite and with my input we put together a treatment plan. The technician Jesus was also experienced and worked with me in ensuring the treatment both inside and outside was applied in a way to maximize its effectiveness. The office staff was very helpful in executing the contract and scheduling the work, and the cost was reasonable.

Tenting our home for fumigation was a big deal for us. We trusted Nix to make the experience less painful. I won't go into all the details but be aware that Nix is not going to hold your hand. Once you sign the contract the game is on. We got all the bags to put the food in and plenty of reading material. Unfortunately, we were not aware that you need to, and you can, call SDGE more than the 48 hrs. to get the gas turned back on, since SDGE puts a lock on your meter valve, and despite what their web site says they CAN come out in the afternoon after the tent is down. I put out a request for a termite inspection for my refinance and Chris was the first to respond. He provided info on service and pricing and an excellent military discount.
I was able to make an appointment the next day. I received an email confirmation that the inspector was coming that included a picture. This was a great notification so I would recognize who was coming. You can never be too safe these days so I really appreciated this extra step they took. Hector was our inspector and was quick and efficient. The report and invoice were emailed the following day, as
