We have used Bailey on a few occasion for repairs. Most recently a refrigerator, which only a handful of months later stopped working with the same issue again. I contacted Bailey via text 5/1/2019, he stated he was out of town with a family emergency but would be back the following week and would contact me to schedule. Over a month and a half… later Bailey had still not been called nor messaged to schedule. Messaged him again 6/23/19 he was to coordinate with us and again we have not heard back. 8/1/19 still no response to messages, sent a message again, and as of today 8/6/19 no response
