Angie Freeman started her insurance career in 1992 as a customer service representative in the Access Insurance Agency. She was fully licensed in property and casualty insurance in 1996. Access Insurance was purchased by Augustine Insurance Agency in 2001 and Angie has been with our agency ever since.

Until we moved out of state, we’d been with Augustine Insurance for approximately thirty years—so obviously, we were very happy with them.
Over the years, if I had a question, I always received a prompt and detailed response. In particular, Angela has been extremely helpful and has killer customer service skills.
I recently realized how much I miss Augustine Insurance when I had a question concerning my new homeowner’s insurance in my new home out-of-state. I actually called Angela at Augustine and she spent a good half hour answering my questions even though I no longer had any policies
