By one of the most comforting persons (Hayli Alexander) Compassionate and courteous, she assisted us with all burial procedures and needs. Her attributes speak for themselves ,very professional and highly recommended from a family that needed compassion and understand .

After looking into several options for my father's cremation, we settled on Wiefels and were not disappointed. Everything went as promised and the staff was very attentative to our wishes and needs, as well as suggestive to what we had overlooked. I would recommend Wiefels to anyone in need of their services! Top notch!

Very excellent customer service. We’re very attentive to our needs at a time where you can’t even think. This is a truly first experience I have ever had having to put a loved one to rest. Throughout the two weeks that Adriana and Ernesto Just to name a few and their excellent team they have doing the preparing. My father looks so peaceful as if he was Sleeping. I would also like to say that through this experience people in this type of business definitely go through a lot they give up a lot of their time. So that people who have lost their love ones can have final memories to cherish. I highly

FitzHenry-Wiefels of Indio have been beyond helpful to me and my family! My mother had known the FitzHenry family for decades..and made sure that they would handle her final resting arrangements. I absolutely believe that she wouldn't have had it any other way and Im certainly glad that she never waivered in her decision. Adrianna, Patty, Elizabeth and the entire teams' service has been nothing less than superb! And not to mention, the post service of touching base to check in on your wellbeing is absolutely the icing on the cake! I am truly grateful! Thank you again!

The staff at FitzHenry Wiefels was exceptional. Their experience with helping grief-stricken people is beyond explanation. They not only walked me through my experience of what to do when my life partner passed way, they followed up with every detail and continue to support any need I may have. Their grief staff has also followed up making sure I am doing ok and asking if they can help with anything.
I highly recommend anyone dealing with a death to go to FritzHenry Wiefel.

On July 21, 2020 my husband passed unexpectedly and never did I think I would now have to go and plan his funeral. From the moment I walked into Fitzhenry Wiefels in Indio Ernesto Rosales and his staff were amazing from beginning to the end. They made the process smooth and easy as this was a very difficult time for my family and I. The staff was so amazing from handling my husband's body during transport from hospital to there facility they handled him with the up most respect. They also did an amazing job on making him look so amazing and I am forever grateful for that. The services went as smooth

When my Mom passed away Adrianna helped us with her arraignments. She was very professional, when we didn’t know what we wanted she would help us with the decisions. She never made us feel like she was selling us up. There were some delicate things that she was more than helpful with. We will always be so thankful for her help. Thank you Adrianna.

My family has been here in the Coachella Valley for over 100 yrs. Fitzhenry was the largest and took care of all the local families. When they decided to sell it was not the same, the new buisness was not local and had no idea who the local families were.
When they decided to start their business again it was as an old friend was back in town and local families started to go back. Jack Sloan has worked for them at least 40 yrs, Jack took great care of two of our family members, my brother Inlaw in 2009 & my mother in 2014.
