After graduation, he spent 4.5 years in a painting and decorating trade school, earning his journeyman's card in 1990.
His work with several union shops provided him with an extensive knowledge of the professional painting and decorating field. Randy relocated to Upper Michigan in 1992 and formed his own company, Klema Decorating Inc.
