Great service, Mike is very helpful and knowledgeable-as first time pool owners he did a great job walking us through system maintenance and operation. Mike also helped us troubleshoot some problems and get our system working great! He is very responsive and has great customer service whenever we have questions or concerns. We would recommend him to others.

We had built our pool 6 months ago, brand new! We hired this company shortly after, now our chemicals are so high across the board we have to DRAIN it!! The water was tested Leslie's, turns out there's NOTHING we can do to salvage our water, we were told by thier tech that they used cheap chemicals. So not only are the techs lazy their cheap too! Your tech either didn't know how to do his job or didn't want to! You did the opposite of "pool care"!

For nearly 4 years, Northwest Pool Care has been taking care of my giant (33,000 gallon) pool. They do an amazing job. On the very rare occasions I have had a problem, (like the time it turned emerald green) Northwest has responded quickly to make my pool safe and beautiful again. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

I purchased a house with an in ground pool in November 2015. Northwest Pool Care has been maintaining it since. We had to go back East for 12 months, and they took care of it the whole time. Great service, the pool looks like it did on day one. If anything came up, I was contacted by email, and could make any maintenance decisions based on their recommendations. I was going to take over the day to day maintenance upon my return, but I think I will just let them continue. Great Job.
