Month after month we have to deal with the receptionist's demeaning disposition when we call in for a refill. Today, happens to be the last day of my current refill and I have yet again been delayed in getting refilled since receptionist can't read a calendar to determine when my last refill was. So as it stands now I have no refills and no medicine because of this terrible service which now places us at serious medical risk.
I hope the doctor actually reads this and can see how allowing staff to treat patients this way violates their oath to do no harm.

I think she is a capable doctor, but we had unpleasant experiences with her. My wife and I were patients for many years. About a year ago, her office charged us unfairly, when only a copay was supposed to be taken. I faxed her office several times for this mistake. I never heard back. Then I disputed the charge with the credit card company. We got an angry letter back that informed us that we were no longer to be her patients. All for less than 100 or so dollars, she dropped us as patients, and even then, we were right in our claim, and there were no attempts made to get to the bottom of

Dr. H Medley has been seeing me for over a year now and and for the most part is very constant on her willingness to allow me to stop by for a fast checkup do to the type of work I do.
No office likes pop up appointments but they handle me well. For any one in question about taking the chance to work with these nice people, try and be rewarded with the experience in it's self.
