The office and office staff were very professional. I loved, loved Dr. Sasaki. He explained how the human hair anatomy is and answered some questions that I had about human hair, which I could not find an answer for, for over a decade. He is very dedicated to his work and his patients, and he loves what he does. His patient's concerns and worries are the most important thing for him. I have never seen a doctor as good, as informed and as dedicated to his work and patients as he is. In my opinion he is one of a kind and the best doctor that one can ever have. Thank you Dr. Sasaki !

Robin, my esthetician is such a lovely human being and so talented at her profession. I remarked to her that I sincerely spent an hour in Heaven during my treatment with her. My skin feels so rejuvenated from the challenges of a hot summer environment, chronic air conditioning and the frequent presence of mask wearing. It has been a long time since I felt so uplifted ; but that is my common experience when I visit Dr. Sasakis' office for any reason. Dr Sasaki and his staff provide a very caring and attentive service to their clients. This is an old school approach, one doesn’t often experience this kind of care in today’s world. Dr. Sasaki is clearly very passionate about what he does, and he spends time explaining the recommended procedure, giving you a mini-education in the process so you have a better understanding of how things work.
