I have no idea how this place stays in business. We spoke with Mark last Summer about an issue that had arose on our 2019 taxes. He made suggestions which we followed, and brought him our business in January of this year to get the tax return amended. It was January, and we felt confident he could get this turned around fairly quickly. We were wrong. The lack of Communication and Effort was astounding. We moved to Arizona January 2019. We have always done our taxes on Turbo Tax, but since our returns were going to be a little more complicated this time, we contacted Mark. First, we had a no charge appointment with him to review our 2018 return and to get some advice about 2019. When it became time to do the 2019 taxes, we returned to Mark. He was fast and efficient with doing all of our returns and saved us more money than we would have saved had we done our own returns.
