I've purchased tires at this location in NLR for 25 years or more. In the past their customer service was first rate, but the last two times I patronize them they didn't appear to be busy (all bays were empty) and customer service wasn't what I've learned to expect from them. ie.. I ask for an estimate on 4 Tiger Paw tires while dropping off a flat to be patched and ask for my estimate while picking up my repaired tire. But the guy at the counter who I had ask earlier didn't have it 4 hours later. Kinda obvious that I was tire shopping. Last week I purchased 4 new tires else were.
