Welcome to the Tax Professionals Section of our cyber home. When our company began as a sole proprietorship (started in 1955 by William O'Brien) the goal was to gather tax returns, relate information, research deductions, and fill out the forms. Back then, the process was arduous, tedious, and confounding with what seemed like a pile of tax laws.

We have been working with this company for years and each year they get worse and worse. They’re almost impossible to get ahold of. Do not return calls. Take over a month to file taxes AND file them in bank accounts that are not ours due to a “glitch in their system”. When we called (repeatedly) to discuss the issue they told us “to go to H&R Block if we didn’t like their service”. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Outstanding service. I was amazed how quickly they could turn the taxes around. You can tell they are very knowledgeable; they spotted a huge error that our previous tax accountant made that cost us a lot of money. I was shocked on how reasonable the prices were. They work great under pressure and on the ball. Our office has dealt with many accountants over 19 years and O’Brien’s Tax service by far is the best we have come across. My only regret is I wished I found them sooner.
