The repair shop was opened in Inver Grove Heights and a small parts department was formed to take care of the needs of the repair shop.

I'm an over the road trucker and I had an airbag leaking on my trailer. I called them in the am when I got unloaded they told me to bring it in. They got me right in even though they were swamped with other work. I was back on the road in a couple hours and was able to keep my schedule. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the cost being so high. $500 to replace 1 airbag and a gladhand seal!! Other than that, the place is great, staff was very attentive, super easy to get in and out. All in all a great experience!!

We had an excellent experience with North American Trailer! While we were traveling, our trailer had some wobbling going on. Our trailer is a single axel, 5x8 small camper. Turns out it was a bad wheel bearing and they were able to get us back on the road in less then 2 hours.

We called them to let them know our issue with our trailer. They said they had a bay open and would be waiting for us.. when we arrive they was waiting for us like they said. We backed in they was fast to start work on it. They found a wire that shorted out and burnt the light. It was a quick fix and had us back on the road.. As for the price. It was very reasonable.
