Spacious Heart Yoga
At Spacious Heart Yoga, we believe that yoga is for every body. We invite you into a space of welcome and support so you can begin to tune into the wisdom, strength, and joy of your own body. We recognize that many times yoga studios are intimidating to new students, which is why we offer a variety of classes for all different levels.

Still unsure? Send us an email about your concerns or drop in and have a cup of tea with us to get comfortable before you give it a try. We are excited to move forward with our re-opening plan starting in June. We are proceeding with caution, as our first priority is to protect and improve the health of our students.
Services
Spacious Heart Yoga has been operating in Goshen since 2004 with the same intention: to create a safe, welcoming space for people to discover and explore the powerful practice of yoga in the presence of community. Spacious Heart Yoga was founded upon the belief that the practice of yoga has the potential to build peaceful and inclusive communities by inviting each person into their own power and wisdom - of their body, mind, and heart.
During this unusual time of physical distancing, we have recorded our online classes for access anytime at your convenience! You can pay $3 per link or use an existing membership to watch recordings of our online classes. Navigate to the ONLINE STORE tab and select "Class Video" from the drop-down tab.
At Spacious Heart Yoga, we believe that we belong to a universal family rooted in divine love. We believe that all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, skin color, gender, sexual orientation, and socio-economic status are deserving of equity, health, prosperity, love, and respect. We believe that hatred, prejudice, and discrimination based on any of these traits is deeply wrong.
At Spacious Heart we believe that your body and the space around it is sacred. In a time when many brave people are telling the stories of the injustices, violence and harm they have experienced by unwelcome touch from others, we know it is important to make clear our expectations of care for the people that trust our teachers and studio.
These guidelines are important to create and support an optimal experience for you and everyone around you. At the heart, we ask you to respect yourself and others at all times and most importantly - have fun! Free public parking is available on Main street, in front of the studio as well as Jefferson street, and 5th street.

Wonderful place to do yoga or to learn Aztec dance. All of the instructors are good. I am grateful that they have continued their business virtually during the stay at home order and that they care enough about their community to have some donation based classes. I think it says a lot about this business.
These classes, online or offline, have contributed to a lot of peace and calm in my hectic schedules.
My Siamese, however, is unhappy about me using "his" spare couch cushions as props, and he's, also, jealous of my attention not being focused on him. I guess you can't make everyone happy.
