Customer provides a drawing of the project or you can call to set an appointment for a free onsite consultation. Once the estimate is approved, we will meet to confirm any options that are desired and sign a contract. A 50% deposit is to be paid to Springs Granite before we move forward, if the cost of material is greater than 50% of the total job cost, the material must be paid for in full.

These are Springs Granite Care and Maintenance Guidelines. Be it granite, marble, or other stones, observance of this Care & Maintenance Guide will help your natural stone countertops last for decades. All natural stone is porous and should be sealed before use. Springs Granite seals all stones during installation, although you may find that you will need to reseal your countertops in the future.
Springs Granite warrants that all granite, marble, quartz, and other stone products fabricated and installed by Springs Granite will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. During the Warranty Period, Springs Granite will repair or replace, at its own discretion, products found to be defective.
